2006 Balletto Estate Rose of Pinot Noir
This is a new varietal for our winery. As grape growers first, we strongly feel that with good grapes comes good wine. It all starts in the field. With the help of consulting winemaker Dan Cederquist, we feel we have created a wonderful Rose' of Pinot Noir.
This wine has a beautiful pale salmon color. Aromas are of strawberry, nectarine and honey suckle. The flavors are white peaches and strawberry with hints of citrus flowers and fresh cream. Suggested food pairings: honey glazed spiral cut ham, spicy Thai soup and anything served on a sunny day!
