2007 Estate Chardonnay
This straw colored Chardonnay showcases beautiful apple, peach, honeysuckle and lime aromas with light oak influences of vanilla and toasted almonds. It has mouth-filling flavors of whole cumquats, orange blossoms and limes, and the finish is lightly creamy with lingering flavors of toffee and butterscotch. This estate fruit was harvested only a few hundred yards from the winery where it was whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented and aged for 10 months.
It is a lively, fresh and clean Chardonnay that will pair well with any seafood and lighter meats like pork tenderloin.
