2007 Teresa's Chardonnay
After many requests from our customers, we have crafted a Russian River Chardonnay fermented in 100% stainless steel. This is definitely a wine for the wine connoisseurs that are tired of big and oaky butter bombs.
This delicate wine is a light straw color. It has aromas of ripe apricots, peaches, freshly harvested apples, lemon/lime zest and beautiful light floral notes of honeysuckle and jasmine. The flavors are delicate honeydew melon and red apples with pear and peach offering subtle support. There's a hint of fruit sweetness with a bright crisp finish. It's surprisingly full bodied for an un-oaked Chardonnay and is perfect for warm summer days!
