We’ll pair library and current vintages of our signature wines with elegant courses from Park Avenue Catering. Anthony will discuss the nuances expressed by different vintages and Spencer will discuss the weather patterns during these years, how climate appears to be changing over time, and what future climactic conditions might mean for grape growing and winemaking in Sonoma County and beyond.
Begin the evening at 6pm, in our barrel room with passed hors d’oeuves paired with our Brut Rose’. The seated three-course meal will begin at 7 PM.
