Welcome Kevin DeMartini!

We are excited to announce our Controller & newest member of the Balletto Family, Kevin DeMartini! Kevin, a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over a decade of experience in the wine and beverage industry, brings a proven track record of transforming financial data into actionable strategies. His career spans leadership roles at some notable wineries, like Clos Du Val Winery, where he spearheaded all financial operations and innovated budgeting processes from the ground up. At companies such as Vintage Wine Estates and TerrAscend, Kevin built robust strategies that helped drive profitability even in rapidly changing markets.

A Sonoma County native, Kevin is a third-generation local who is deeply connected to the community that we call home. His personal and professional roots in the area align perfectly with our mission to support and celebrate the local people and businesses. Beyond his career, you’ll find Kevin hiking, reading, or playing guitar. An accomplished athlete, he has also completed two full marathons and countless shorter races. His blend of discipline, passion, and community focus mirrors our own core values.
