A weekend filled with farm tours, seminars, cheese crawl, marketplace and tastings all featuring the best artisan cheesemakers. A lively and friendly group of experts and presenters from the wonderful world of artisan cheese. The festival promotes broad awareness of the artisan cheesemaking community and enjoyment of its products.

Headline Comedian Monique Marvez is a one-of-a-kind, versatile radio and TV personality, writer and comedian whose comedy is a perfect fusion of “A-Ha” and “Ha-Ha” moments. Her television career has exploded with three specials on Showtime including The Latin Divas of Comedy, Snoop Dogg Presents the Bad Girls of Comedy and her own one-hour special Not Skinny, Not Blonde (based on her critically-acclaimed book of the same name).

Join over 40 wineries for a day of summer fun. What better way to spend a cold winter’s day than enjoying delicious wines? Sip some and enjoy the splendor of the season in Wine Country. Kickstart your weekend Taste 116 Wine Club Appreciation festivities with a charming autumnal happy hour! The event is Saturday and Sunday from 11am – 4pm, with a few wineries hosting this evening reception on Friday from 5-7pm. Join us at Balletto!

Held in our opulent Reserve Room, this private event will showcase over 10 years of winemaking in the Russian River Valley with a focus on Sonoma County’s favorite grape - Pinot Noir!.

Each year, founder and grape grower John Balletto and winemaker Anthony Beckman strive to create a wine that showcases this unique coastal environment. Leading the masterclass, Anthony will taste through a decade of wines that hold a special place in his heart during this special afternoon at the winery.

A ten-vintage retrospective encompassing a decade of winemaking history in the Russian River Valley. A unique experience with wines pulled from the Balletto’s private library collection.

We are pleased to host the Just Smitten Mixer. Meet other local singles in a fun, relaxed setting with a coordinated environment that prompts great conversation over a delicious glass of wine. Wine & light nibbles available for purchase.

This next event in our tastemakers series pairs our award-winning wines with a fun interactive workshop. Overseen by Steve Curry – master woodworker. Succulents are all the rage these days and we love the sustainable nature of these beautiful plants! Join us and design a fantastic, modern succulent frame in this hands-on workshop. Specialized hands-on instruction will lead you to create your own piece of living art in a beautiful frame to take home and hang on your wall. Plus - we have wine!
